Journey to Navotas city, Philippines

The ‘Day of the Dead’ which is also called ‘Todos Los Santos’ or ‘All Saint’s Day’ is a holiday celebrated in Latin cultures around the world during which family and friends of the deceased gather at the cemeteries to pray and hold vigils for those who have passed away. In the Philippines, family members clean tombs and often spend the night at the cemetery eating and celebrating with loved ones

MY OPINION:

“ANGKARA SUARA” –

Gambar ini terhasil angkara suara.
Lensa dihala tanpa bermata ke arah sana.
Rajin mencuba rupanya akan berjaya sekali-sekala.

Jangan peduli ulasan mereka tentang si buta pemegang lensa.
Kerana yang celik masih ramai suka mengulas tanpa mencuba – Puisi oleh Rashidi Abdullah

BURUH TANI COVER WITH UKULELE AND FLUTE

Buruh, tani, mahasiwa, rakyat miskin kota
Bersatu padu tuntut perubahan
Bersatu tekad dalam satu suara
Demi tugas suci yang mulia

Hari-hari esok adalah milik kita
Terciptanya masyarakat sejahtera
Terbentuknya tatanan masyarakat
Malaysia baru tanpa ORBA

Marilah kawan Mari kita kabarkan
Di tangan kita tergenggam Arah bangsa
Marilah kawan mari kita nyanyikan
Sebuah lagu tentang pembebasan

Di bawah rezim tirani
Ku susuri garis jalan ini
Berjuta kali turun aksi
Bagiku satu langkah pasti..
Berjuta kali turun aksi
Bagiku satu langkah pasti..

ONE DAY SONG COVER BY SAM AND AIMAN (UKULELE AND FLUTE)

Sometimes I lay under the moon
I thank God I’m breathing
And then I pray don’t take me soon
I am here for a reason
Sometimes in my tears I drown
But I never let it get me down
So when negativity surrounds
I know some day it’ll all turn around
Because

All my life I’ve been waiting for
I’ve been praying for
For the people to say
That we don’t wanna fight no more
They’ll be no more war
And our children will play
One day One day One day
One day One day One day

It’s not about win or lose
Cause we all lose when they feed on the souls of the innocent
Blood drenched pavement
Keep on moving though the waters stay raging

In this maze you can lose your ways
It might drive you crazy but don’t let it faze you no way

Sometimes in my tears I drown
But I never let it get me down
So when negativity surrounds
I know some day it’ll all turn around

LIFE INSIDE THE REFUGEES CAMP
Photo by Mohd Samsul Mohd Said.

PHOTO SERIES:
According to the UN’s international report that more than 600,000 ethnic minorities of Rohingya have been in Bangladesh especially in Teknaf and Cox’s Bazaar since September, many people are living in dire conditions. Rohingya Muslims have sought sanctuary in Bangladesh after the military in mostly Buddhist Myanmar launched a harsh counter-insurgency operation in their villages across the northern parts of Rakhine State, following attacks by Rohingya militants on an army base and police posts on Aug. 25.

The Amnesty International (AI) human rights organization’s report reveals that Myanmar’s regime legitimately discriminates against ethnic Rohingya, in February 2017, more than 31 Non-goverment organisations (NGO) include Mapim and Kelab Putra 1 Malaysia from Malaysia, Indonesia, China, France, Germany, and United States joint forces bringing almost 2300 tonne of humanitarian goods include medicine, food, cooking oil and cloth were sending to ethnic minority Rohingya in Yangon and Teknaf. Myanmar is carrying out ‘ethnic cleansing’ of Rohingya Muslims, members of the ethnic community have abandoned their homes in Myanmar to escape the unfolding violence after troops poured into the narrow strip where they live. The cabinet of Malaysia condemns the escalations of violence in the Northern Rakhine State over the past months, resulting in the loss of innocent lives and displacement of people.

Aperture magazine Interview | May issue 2018

Kemenangannya di Sony World Photography Awards
2018 (SWPA) mengharumkan nama Malaysia di
mata dunia.

Kemenangan Mohd Samsul Said dikatakan mencetus satu fenomena
maklumat tentang isu-isu semasa…………………………………………….
